At Ahmira, we want you to be happy with your purchase.

Because jewellery is a personal item, we maintain an exchange policy for hygiene and quality reasons.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange requests can be made within [3/7] days of receiving your order.

The item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Include the original packaging
• Have no scratches, damage, or signs of use

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and send clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We'll review the issue and assist you accordingly.
